Living in London as Country Manager for the UK & Ireland and later in Tokyo as Managing Director of Asia, Steven conducted business in over 30 countries and acquired a deep understanding of diverse markets. Semi-fluent in Japanese and Spanish, with proficiency in French and a growing command of Portuguese and Arabic, he has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate and succeed in multicultural environments.

In his current role as the Founder, President, and CEO of Blue Everest LLC, a strategic growth consulting, business advising, and executive coaching firm, Steven continues to leverage his extensive expertise. His clients, ranging from global industrial manufacturers to international social media companies, benefit from his insights and guidance in navigating complex business landscapes.

Steven's impact extends to his board roles, where he serves on the Boards of The Plastek Group, Bard Manufacturing, OhioGuidestone, and TutorSmart, serving as Chairman of Finance, Audit and Governance committees. The Plastek Board, under his leadership, was recognized as the Board of the Year in 2022. He is also actively involved in the Private Director Association, where he co-chairs the training for private company governance certification.

From family-owned boards to multinational corporations, Steven has excelled in guiding organizations through strategic planning, finance, audit, and governance. Notable contributions include his roles on the boards of Owens Corning’s joint ventures and subsidiaries in Japan, Korea, and India, as well as serving on the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. Complementing his educational foundation, he attended business graduate school at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and pursued Executive Leadership at The University of North Carolina.

As a C-Suite international executive, Steven has led businesses exceeding $300 million in revenue, driving growth through strategic planning, manufacturing excellence, and successful mergers and acquisitions. His expertise spans various industries, including industrial manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce.

Married for 38 years with two adult sons, Steven, originally from Chicago, is an avid Chicago sports fan. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys fitness, golf, cooking, reading, and travel. Currently residing in the Toledo, Ohio area, Steven is also in the process of writing his first book.
